Job Context:
We are seeking an experienced Executive Director for our Real Estate division, with proven leadership in construction, quality assurance, design, supply chain, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Construction: Oversee site activities, planning, execution, and compliance with safety and deadlines.
- Quality Assurance: Implement strategies to ensure quality standards, monitor contractors, and maintain project excellence.
- Design: Collaborate with architects and consultants, manage design updates, and supervise the design team.
- Supply Chain: Ensure cost-effective, legally compliant processes and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Customer Service: Develop policies to enhance customer satisfaction and supervise customer service operations.
