• Age 25 to 35 years

• Skill Required: 3D Render,d5 Lumion, V-Ray,Sketchup, Interior or Exterior Render, Excel.

Responsibilities & Context

• Good 3D visualization and rendering skill and detailed design/drawing capabilities is required.
• Must have proper knowledge on Interior materials. Coordinate with clients regarding design-related issues.
• Responsible for drawing a demo design of the Interior structure.
• Undertaking design project from concept to completion.
• Work closely with designers, decorators, architects and constructors.
• Utilize computer applications in the design process.
• To ensure customer satisfaction.
• Possess a moderate understanding of AutoCAD to contribute to our interior and exterior projects.
• Work effectively under pressure, maintaining a high level of quality and creativity in your work.
• Prepare and review architectural drawings, renderings, and specifications, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and adherence to project requirements.
• Exhibit a strong sense of ethics and problem-solving skills to resolve any issues that may arise during projects.
• Any other task assigned by the management.
