Responsibilities & Context

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and motivated Real Estate Content Creator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content that promotes our properties, services, and brand through various digital channels, including our website, social media, and marketing materials. You should have a strong understanding of the real estate industry, digital marketing, and a passion for creating content that drives engagement, leads and Branding.

In this role, the individual will work closely with our marketing and design teams to develop compelling narratives, marketing copy, and educational content that appeals to both buyers and investors. Duties and responsibilities:

  • Research and write about real estate topics, including market trends, property insights, and industry news.
  • Produce well-structured content for websites, blogs, social media, and marketing materials.
  •  Develop marketing copy for property listings, advertisements, and promotional campaigns.
  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to align content with overall campaigns.
  • Edit and proofread written content to ensure quality and accuracy before publication.
  •  Conduct keyword research and use SEO guidelines to optimize content for search engines.
  • Create and manage social media content, responding to comments and inquiries as needed.
  •  Monitor content performance metrics and provide insights to improve engagement and lead generation.
  •  Suggest and implement new content topics based on audience interests and industry trends.
  •  Ensure regular updates to website content, including property listings and company news.
  •  Record and edit voice-over content for promotional videos, virtual tours, and presentations.
  • Create video presentations that showcase properties, market trends, and company insights.
