Dr. Syed Abdul Hamid is a Professor at the Institute of Health Economics, University of Dhaka. He is a renowned health economist, columnist, researcher, and policy adviser of government and non-government sectors. He achieved his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from the Department of Economics, University of Dhaka. He was awarded another Master’s degree from the renowned University of York and got a Ph.D. degree from the University of Sheffield, UK. Dr. Hamid has been working as an advisor of both Zubion limited and Zubion Development solutions Limited (zdsl) from their commencement. With his excellent guidance, zdsl is working on setting a benchmark in terms of quality and commitment in the real estate industry of Bangladesh. He is very strict about the quality of materials used in the construction and sustainability of the business. With his vast knowledge and experiences, zdsl is stepping towards rethinking the real-estate sector of Bangladesh in terms of client satisfaction and economic contribution to the country.
Md. Ragaul Azim

Md. Ragaul Azim is an Assistant Professor at the Institute of Health Economics, University of Dhaka. He is a researcher, business analyst, and policy adviser for government and non-government sectors. He achieved his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from the Institute of Health Economics, University of Dhaka. He regularly publishes scientific articles in renowned national and international journals.
At the very beginning of his career, Mr. Azim was an entrepreneur. He was one of the founders of Zubion Limited. Later, after joining the University of Dhaka as a faculty member, he worked as an advisor of both Zubion Limited and Zubion Development solutions Limited (zdsl). With his critical business analysis and mentoring, zdsl drives forward to ensure quality, commitment, and trustworthiness. He is optimistic about rebranding Bangladesh with iconic environment-friendly projects to safeguard the country’s sustainable development. In addition, he always guides to achieve and implement the company’s core values. For zdsl, Mr. Azim has a philosophy of innovation and excellence.
Md. Mahmud Al Fahad
Managing Director
Md. Mahmud Al Fahad achieved his graduation from the Institute of Health Economics, University of Dhaka. He has a sundry portfolio with more than 12 years of business and entrepreneurial experience.As a feature writer, Mr. Fahad started his career working with the renowned daily ‘Prothom Alo.’ While studying at university, along with two friends, he started ‘Zubion Savings and Credit Co-operative Society’ involving numerous students from the University of Dhaka in 2012.
Before this journey, he enriched his experience by taking small business initiatives, including fashion items, food products, and IT solutions. Keeping a mindset of being a young entrepreneur, he started a private limited company ‘Zubion’ back in 2014 as CEO. As Finance Director, he also serves ‘Aksir Nagar,’ one of the largest housing estates in Dhaka district. After his success at Aksir Nagar, he launched a new venture ‘Zubion Development Solutions Limited (zdsl), with a vision to set a benchmark in the real estate sector of Bangladesh, focusing on quality, aesthetics, commitment, and value for money. With his visionary and innovative leadership, zdsl has expanded its footprint to redefine quality, trustworthiness, and commitment, thus making the living of the urban residents an art.
Mr. Fahad has a remarkable history of business entrepreneurship and leadership backed by some extra-curricular skills like debating, writing, and conducting business sessions. As part of social engagement, he serves as Joint Convener at Dhaka University Health Economics Alumni Association (HEAA). He dreams of a day when the real-estate sector of Bangladesh will come under an umbrella of transparency and work accordingly.
Sharmin Ara

Sharmin Ara played a crucial role in founding Zubion limited with her excellent guidance and inspiration. She earned her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Economics from the National University of Bangladesh. She is a women entrepreneur who always believes in transparency and commitment to the business.
Mrs. Sharmin is a director of Zubion limited. Currently, she is honoring the position of the Chairman of the Zubion Development Solutions Limited (zdsl). She always keeps her careful eyes on maintaining transparency and quality of services. With her thoughtful guidance, the team zdsl is working strategically to achieve its mission and vision.
Md. Anisur Rahman Foysal
Deputy Managing Director
Md. Anisur Rahman completed his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from the Institute of Health Economics, University of Dhaka. He enriched his business and entrepreneurial career remarkably with more than 08 years of experience. He is a member of the FBCCI-land-related standing committee.
Breaking the iceberg of the traditional thinking of a university graduate to become a job seeker, Mr. Foysal walked differently to be a job provider. Eventually, he started entrepreneurial initiatives during his university life. He is one of the co-founders of Zubion limited. He is also the Director Operation of Aksir Nagar Limited, one of the leading housing estates in the country. Moreover, he is one of the co-founders of Zubion Development Solutions Limited (zdsl).
With his strategic business management and concepts, zdsl is stepping towards building all the state-of-the-art projects for making the living of the urban residents an art. In addition, he is a relentless worker in maintaining and practicing the company’s core values. He dreams of transforming Bangladesh’s real-estate industry into a sector of excellence.
Khondokar Sonia
Director
Khondokar Sonia completed her BSS and MSS degrees from the Institute of Health Economics, University of Dhaka. She played a vital role with her two friends in establishing ‘Zubion’ while studying at university. She has more than eight years of entrepreneurial experience in the real estate sector.
Mrs. Sonia was a founding member of the former ‘Zubion Savings and Credit Cooperative Society.’ She is also the Director of Zubion Limited, and Zubion Development Solutions Limited (zdsl).
In a nutshell, Mrs. Sonia is a women entrepreneur who always believes in transparency and trustworthiness in any initiative. With her keen entrepreneurial spirit, zdsl is thriving wonderfully.
Md. Tarek Aziz
Director Operation
Md. Tarek Aziz graduated from the National University of Bangladesh. He has more than 12 years of operational and business experience in real estate, food products, and fashion.
Mr. Tarek has been working as a key management personnel of Zubion Limited from its inception. He has shown his operational efficiencies in diverse fields. He is brilliant in his procurement specialty. He joined many professional and operational training in his career to increase operational efficiency.
Mr. Tarek is a director of zubion Limited. Currently, he is working as an Operation Director of Zubion Development Solutions Limited (zdsl). He believes in quality and value for money.
